Site Survey

Your local, fully trained, sales consultant will visit you to discuss your requirements and undertake a site survey of your premises. They will take you through the relevant products and service frequencies so you are able to make an informed decision on services for your business.

Pre-Installation

Once your contract has been agreed you will be contacted by our customer liaison team who will confirm an installation/delivery date with you.

Installation

Any installation at your site will be carried out by our in-house fitters who are all fully trained and recognisable from their ID and uniform.

Post-Installation

Installation – following installation our customer liaison team will again contact you to ensure that all the work has been carried out to your satisfaction and to gather any feedback that can be passed on to the team.

Service Commences

Service at your premises will be carried out by our service team who are all fully uniformed, DRB checked and identifiable from their ID. Customers are allocated to one service operative to reduce the need for them to always be accompanied on site. All vehicles are tracked to ensure fast response times and records of site visits.

Account Management

Your account will be personally managed by your sales consultant who will be your single point of contact for any queries. All of the office staff are also trained to answer any questions should you need to speak to them. We don’t operate any call centres, we personally manage all of our customers. We have invested money and time into our RAD billing system to ensure we make this process as simple as possible for our customers.
